About Home Staging

What is home staging and why is it important?

Home staging is the art of preparing a property to appeal to the widest range of potential buyers. At Set The Stage, we use curated furniture, art, and décor to highlight your home’s best features — helping buyers emotionally connect and imagine themselves living there. A well-staged home often sells faster and for a higher price.

We offer both! For vacant homes, we bring in all furnishings and décor. For occupied homes, we can enhance your existing pieces with accessories and partial staging to create a cohesive, elevated look.

We stage everything from luxury listings and model homes to short-term rentals and investment properties across South Florida — including Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach County.

Staging is about creating a look that appeals to buyers — neutral, balanced, and market-ready. Interior design, on the other hand, focuses on personal taste and long-term living. Our sister brand, Love Your Space, offers full interior design and furnishing services if you’re ready to personalize your own home after the sale.

Pricing & Packages

How much does home staging cost?

Our staging packages typically start around $4,000 for 60 days, depending on the size of the home and number of rooms. Each quote is customized based on your property, design needs, and location.

Our full-service packages include furniture, art, rugs, lighting, greenery, and décor, plus delivery, installation, and removal. Every detail is handled by our team — no hidden fees or surprises.

Absolutely. Many clients extend their staging if their listing is still on the market. Monthly extensions typically start at $1,000–$1,500, depending on the size and scope of your stage.

Furniture & Design Details

Where does your furniture come from?

Our inventory is sourced from high-end manufacturers and design vendors — the same ones used by luxury homes and boutique hotels. We constantly refresh our pieces to keep every stage current and on-trend.

Yes! Many buyers fall in love with our curated setups. You can purchase individual pieces or full packages directly through us at exclusive Set The Stage pricing.

Of course. We’ll always tailor the design to the property’s architecture, target buyer, and your preferences. Whether you love modern coastal, warm contemporary, or transitional luxury — we’ll stage your home accordingly.

We handle all logistics, transportation, and insurance in-house. Any damages are covered under our policy, so you can rest easy knowing your property and our furnishings are protected.

Timeline & Logistics

How soon can you stage my home after I contact you?

We can typically install within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on availability. For urgent projects, we do our best to accommodate quicker turnarounds.

Most homes are fully staged in one day, with our team handling delivery, setup, and styling. Larger projects may require a second day to ensure every detail is perfect.

We recommend your home be cleaned, clutter-free, and ready for furniture delivery. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through every step and handle all the heavy lifting.

Once your property sells or your term ends, we’ll schedule pickup and restore the home to its original condition. Our team manages everything — no work needed on your end.

After Staging

What if the buyer wants to keep the furniture?
